Hi everyone – we are going to try to turn this section into a kind of living newsletter in the near future. Right now though we are pretty busy helping with Baldrige applications for clients. Once things calm down a bit we will work on the format of this. For now though, we will try to keep this information up-to-date about comings and goings in our world. Enjoy.

This IS the year of the first not-for-profit Baldrige applicant. Well, the award was received this year by two applicants in that category. The process was also changed somewhat this year to send every applicant to Consensus.
