Jackie and Bruce Beede of AIM, Inc. have provided Strategic Planning seminars, sessions and on going review for most of the last year. Jackie Beede has provided services for my organization, including education for our leadership team, education for our staff, and application writing and publishing assistance for the Texas Award for Performance Excellence. Leadership education included a class called Systems Thinking for Leaders. Our leadership team enjoyed the class and overwhelmingly felt that they learned many valuable skills. Since the class we have made modifications to our strategic planning process, and I have noticed a renewed sense of teamwork and focus. Staff education included a course called FOCUS PDCA 4U. Our staff really enjoyed this course as evidenced by the excellent course evaluations. This class was so well received my organization intends to conduct another one this Fall.
